2. The 'English Dictionary Lookup' of SpellCheckAnywhere looks so much like WordWeb. Distant cousin?
3. Eclipse has a very extensible and good spell check engine. I don't see any reason why anyone would need something else.

Generally speaking of spell check, there is a good program, Spell Check Anywhere (SpellCheckAnywhere.Com). It adds spell checking to all programs. Might be of interest.
